We are pleased to announce that we have joined Keller Williams Realty! This represents the first step in a new endeavour. For many years, we have built our family business -- “The Farquhar Advantage” -- but standing still in a changing market is not the best way to meet your needs. Following a process of due diligence, we have mutually agreed to establish a Real Estate Brokerage in the west-end under the auspices of Keller Williams Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in North America; one that shares both our values and vision.

As far as our clients go, it will be business as usual. We expect the opening of the west-end location will take approximately 6 months and over the interim period we will be associated with the downtown Keller Williams office. We will continue to operate out of both our home office in the west-end and our temporary home at Keller Williams Advantage Realty.
