Liberty Village is a relatively new real estate area in west Toronto (now part of the "Niagara" real estate area) with promise and potential around every corner. Although they have to put up with ongoing construction, residents are part of vibrant community of condos, lofts, and townhouses that has sprung up over the last 15 years in an area occupied largely by warehouses & factories.  It is increasingly desireable as residential projects are completed and population & support services grow.  Although it offers numerous retail amenities within its boundaries, residents have the option of shops & restaurants on King & Queen West. We like its urban design mixed with century old brick lofts, its convenient location and bike access to the Waterfront Trail, new services, cafes, shops and its art/design vibe.

Comments from our clients living in Liberty Village

"I love living in Liberty Village, it's safe and quiet, a little secluded bubble that is still central and close to everything you would need in Toronto. Perfect for the young professional and dog lover!"  CO

“Living at Liberty village gives you the big city energy and the cozy feeling of a neighborhood.  10 minute street car to the downtown core or a 5 minute walk to your metro grocery store.  Liberty village is a great place to live.”  FR

"The neighbourhood has a great atmosphere, and I love the fact that I can walk to the grocery store, LCBO, or a number of great restaurants without leaving Liberty. It's also close to great shopping on Queen, and the Ossington bus is a surprisingly unknown and great option for getting to the Bloor subway fast."  PZ
